About the event
We'll cover the basics, and take a look at things you could work on with the song "Have yourself a merry little Christmas".
If you've never conducted before, this is your chance to work on the essential bits of technique you'd need to give it a go. If you've done a few of our previous conducting sessions, and even if you've conducted the choir before, this is also a good chance to go back to the basics and strengthen the foundations.
If you take part in this session, you'll be able to join us for the second "Introduction to conducting" session in October, where we'll see what progress you've made and prepare you to have a go at conducting the choir in a weekly session.
