Introducing songs

You'll write an introduction to one of the available songs, send it to us on admin@bevox.co.uk, then read it to the audience at the concert. When booking your volunteering spot, please select "Introduce: {Song name}" from the list of options. Bear in mind that not all songs are available to be introduced by a singer - a few will be introduced by Tim, as part of his job as host for the concert.

Ticket checking

Using a specific app on your mobile phone, you'll scan audience members' tickets when they arrive, and direct them towards the auditorium. You'll need to be welcoming, helpful, and reasonably confident with technology - plus willing to use your phone to do the scanning. Tim or Toni will be on hand most of the time, so if issues arise that you can't quickly resolve, you'll be able to hand over to us. You'll need to arrive a little earlier than the rest of the choir, so you're all set up before we open the doors to the audience.
