We would like to have a group of people that are happy to meet us outside the main entrance at 5pm and help us to unload equipment from the van into the main hall - this should only take 10 minutes so you'd be free to head off again afterwards until you're due back to sing.

Ticket checking (Greeter)

Using a specific app on your mobile phone, you'll scan audience members' tickets when they arrive, and direct them towards the auditorium. You'll need to be welcoming, helpful, and reasonably confident with technology - plus willing to use your phone to do the scanning. Tim or Toni will be on hand most of the time, so if issues arise that you can't quickly resolve, you'll be able to hand over to us. You'll need to arrive a little earlier than the rest of the choir, so you're all set up before we open the doors to the audience. You'll be needed from 6:30 so we can be ready to let people in at 7pm.
