Lincoln end of season: Front of House

You'll arrive at the venue by no later than 6:30pm, before we open the auditorium to guests.

You'll install our ticket-checking app on your phone, so you're ready to scan tickets.

You'll greet guests, answer questions they may have (such as directing them to toilets etc), and scan their tickets.

If there are problems with the ticket provided, you'll pass the guest directly on to Tim or Toni for them to resolve the issue.

You'll be scanning tickets until a minute or two before the concert starts, at which point you'll quickly head to the seats in the choir that Toni will have reserved for you.
